Very happy with my purchase of two Triweave Lamps for our bedroom nightstands. I reached out to request a pair that was well-matched in transparency/brightness of light, and Curt responded quickly that a new batch was coming and he would pick a good pairing! The lamps shipped quickly and were extremely well packaged for safe arrival. Highly recommend!

We bought two mugs so we could replace our current mismatch selection. The size of the mugs are perfect, and the handle is a great size for both small and larger hands. My partner has larger hands and stated “ this is the perfect mug I can fit three fingers and a thumb on top, I never thought a mug would bring me so much joy with my morning coffee!” Wonderful work, thank you again!

I am editing my review to 5/5 stars because of the superb customer service from the Hammerly team for getting me a replacement for my previous mug. Greg reached out to me not too long after my review to let me know they were sending a new replacement to make up for the original I received. They didn't have to do this, so I am much appreciative of the act to make things right. The new mug is fantastic and free of any kind of faults in the form. Larger companies should look at this an example of how a business makes things right for their customers when something is wrong.

Beautiful design, but rim of mug misshapen and bent inwards

I purchased the 16oz 'Creamsicle' Triweave Mug because I accidentally cracked a Voronoi style mug I received as a Christmas gift from the previous year, and wanted to replace that piece since I loved that mug. I mean, I really loved that dang mug. If I were a mug, and saw this 16oz Triweave on a dating app, I'd instantly swipe right.

As far as the piece goes, the design of this triweave mug is beautiful and has a nice, tactile finish. The mug also has some weight to it and feels sturdy in my hand. A judge could use this as a gavel in the courtroom if they wanted to. Overall, a pretty solid design, however...

The rim of the mug I received was misshapen, slightly pointing inwards towards the handle on the right-hand side of the mug. It's as if the clay was nudged after removing it from the slip cast mold and not corrected to create a more uniform, symmetrical rim. As a result, the mug feels and looks asymmetrical, especially if viewing from above or facing the angle with the distorted side. If I were left-handed, this would be even more prominent since it'd be on side from which I would drink.

I still adore the design of this mug, and maybe I was just super unlucky and got a runt of the batch. But given the price of the piece, I expected a little higher quality. Therefore, I can only give this 3/5 stars.

I love everything about this company!

I recently ordered this year's holiday ornament (one of the elephants) and it ended up long-term processing at a UPS facility. When I reached out to the team if I should file a claim, they sent another one my way. I received it quickly and I love the ornament (super secure in the packaging - no damage in transit). I have a previously ordered a planter and I'll continue adding to my Hammerly Ceramics collection in the future!

Items on the website are clearly described, whether in stock is labeled, and price is clear.

Shipping was efficient, and packaging ensured safe transport of the items. Even my teenage children were impressed at how securely the items were packaged!
