I absolutely love my mug, and appreciate how hard they are working! I got the midnight surf glaze, but it was so hard to choose because I love all their glazes. I would like something in the dragon's blood and the jade matte as well...but for now I'll enjoy my tea every day in my midnight surf super cube mug. The handle is perfect and the feel of the mug is so fun. The mug made it all the way to Hawaii safe and sound in the packaging, and I posted a shoutout with a pic of it in the Hawaiian sunrise and everyone loved it! Wish you the best!

The store was out of stock for the items we desired to purchase. I contacted the company and was told a new production run for those items would be starting in a day or two. We were notified again when the production started, and placed our order. Given the handcrafted nature, we anticipated it would take a couple/few weeks.

We finally received our beautiful coffee mugs one time, and have enjoyed them almost daily since. They are stunningly beautiful, and the handles work well for those with decreased manual dexterity in the hands.

Absolutely stunning! Got it for a gift for my fiance and he looooved it! So well made! I don't know how, but it looks even better in person.

Awesome craftsmanship. This Mug showed me the difference between run-of-the-mill ceramic products & quality artisanal hand-crafted hand-glazed ceramics. The actual item turned out to be better than the pictures in the end. My only complaint is that Kurt should upload more regularly on his YT channel. I would love to see more crafting, glazing, & firing videos. 😊😊

I bought a Jade Matte Mega Cube Planter. The website was very easy to use and the planter came weeks earlier than expected. It's a beautiful planter. I needed a planter that looks good in my living room and it absolutely meets that criteria. And the plant I put in the planter is thriving in it.

My husband saw the large cube mug in the mate jade color on Instagram and immediately started begging. Lol. This is my third purchase from Hammerly, and we are big fans. God the cups came and they were pretty. You can see the flaws in the paint/gloss what ever it is on the outside that show it’s been done by hand and not some machine on a timer. Sure they’re expensive but hey if you want an ikea cup go to ikea simple as. The handle is really comfortable. CS is good. Emails are polite and timely even when I’m being a bit more confrontational than I should be, I’m not saying be a jerk to them they’ll take it just that hey they’ve more manners than I do. I complained about not getting a cup and they set up a pre order I don’t know if the two events are connected but I appreciate it none the less and the cup came fairly quickly. Having never owned a cup like this before my first coffee in it was scary because it creaks but after its first exposure to heat not a peep it might be normal like I said it his is my first splash on decadence.
My only complaint is out of their hands. I live in NI part of the UK and getting stuff to us from the US is expensive I’d to pay another £70 ish in customs charges. Stupid politics.

The mugs have completely exceeded my expectation. They fit our hands perfectly, the glazes are incredible, and they are true works of art.

I just received the two mugs I ordered and they are so impressive! Love the design and colors! Definitely my new favorite mugs that I’m going to keep in a special safe location. Also, great job with the packaging! It would have been pretty hard to break those with how well they were padded.
