The base of each mug features the year and the Hammerly Ceramics logo.

The interlocking geometric shapes of the triweave texture repeat across the surface in a tight, continuous weave from base to rim. The pattern has a lot of depth to it with raised edges and recessed centers giving the glaze places to pool and flow. No two come out of the kiln the same.

Every Hammerly Ceramics piece is handmade by Curt in his studio outside Denver, Colorado. Starting from a prototype designed in 3D modeling software, each design has custom molds produced in-house. The HC logo is cast into the bottom of every mug alongside the year in which it was crafted. These unique molds are cast in porcelain, fired, coated in handmade glazes, and high-fired again in a custom computer-controlled gas kiln.

Each mug is made to be used, designed to be as comfortable and pleasing as possible, and finished in high-quality, beautiful, colorful glazes. Made from high-fired, strong, durable porcelain, food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.

Absolutely Spectacular!

I’m delighted to add this incredible work of art in the shape of a mug to my collection! It has been incredibly engineered at every step, from the design to the making to the way the glaze so beautifully highlights the intricate patterns — I can’t wait to marvel at this every *other* morning with my tea, when I’m not drinking from my HC cubes mug! It really adds such a sense of wonder to an otherwise mundane routine, so I love any opportunity to enjoy my HC mugs.

Also, the customer service was awesome. Thanks for accommodating my special request to get my favorite glaze on this design, and thanks for packing and shipping this so thoughtfully! It arrived quickly and was so securely packed all my fears about it arriving damaged were relieved upon seeing how carefully it was packaged.

Thanks y’all! I remain, as ever, a huge fan of you, your art, and your team!

I’m absolutely enamored with this mug

I’m absolutely enamored with this mug. The vivid contrast of colors and the texture on this piece makes it sparkle. I’m almost too afraid to drink out of it. Been eying these and could never snag one. So hard to decide on just one. Will definitely be buying more.
