Every Hammerly Ceramics piece is made by Curt and his team in his home studio near Denver, Colorado. Each design begins in 3D modeling software, is printed as a physical prototype, and used to create a custom plaster mold system. The HC logo is cast into the bottom of every mug alongside the year in which it was crafted. The cast pieces are then hand-cleaned, fired, glazed, and fired a final time in a computer-controlled gas kiln where the glazes come alive.

The result is high-fired, glazed porcelain: strong, non-porous, and built to last.

High quality craftsmanship

High quality craftsmanship. I use this tankard to drink my coffee to get me going for a full day. Have purchased a few items in the past and I am sure there will be more I have to have.

Too cool!

Too cool! The new tankards are absolutely amazing. I'm using them for pretty much every liquid application. One thing for certain, my water consumption has gone way up. I now have the cleanest kidneys in New England.

It’s even better than what I thought it would be

It’s even better than what I thought it would be. The color shifting is amazing. Definitely gonna be ordering a few different sizes, but I am totally satisfied with my order.

Fantastic mug I got 3 different ones now

Fantastic mug I got 3 different ones now. The mug makes noises when it cools down in the uk evenings but no visible imperfections and stops after a few days. Likely the expanding/shrinking process acclimatising. Would highly recommend.

Love the Tankard!

Amazing tactile effects, amazing glaze combinations. Dragons blood is so cool. Plan to buy more.

This mug checks all the boxes! It’s for sure a statement piece and will make my daughter super happy! I bought this mug as an early Christmas gift. My daughter has been wanted a mug she can use for drinks and food like soup from time to time (she is a college student), so anything time she can use less dishes is a win.
